the sacrum and shri ganesha

took an incredible yoga class, taught by Julie Kirkpatrick in Woodstock, NY, this week which focused on the importance of our sacrum (location of our first chakra) and its relationship to shri ganesha (remover of obstacles, but also able to put obstacles in your way so that you take the right course)

this image of the sacrum can also look like an elephant head (ganesha) was the focus of the class:image found: here
